  • For thousands of years meditation has been used as one of the most natural and effective
    ways to restore a positive and relaxed state of mind.

    A calm and tolerant approach to life improves our health, clarity of mind, and
    emotional well-being.

    Our one day retreats include a light, informal introduction to Meditation, with
    step by step guidance in a tranquil setting.

    There is time for reflection, discussion, some creative activity along with time for
    Meditation, in a comfortable atmosphere, on easy chairs.

  • 10.15 start – 4pm Finish. Bring your own packed lunch, tea/coffee provided. Bring outdoor shoes/clothes for quiet walks. We will try and also explore the theme using Creative Art – DON’T COME IN YOUR BEST CLOTHES!!
